How Does Click & Collect Work?
Order online and choose “Pickup in store”. Most items are ready within 1 hour during opening hours – we’ll message you when your order is ready. Bring your order confirmation to the counter at 366 Uxbridge Road, Hatch End, Pinner HA5 4HP.
What Are Your Opening Hours?
Monday to Friday 7:30am–5pm, Saturday 8am–1pm, closed Sunday. Orders placed when we’re closed are prepared first thing the next opening day.
What If An Item Is Out Of Stock Or “Order In”?
Some larger items (toilets, basins, boilers, bulk materials) and out-of-stock lines are ordered in for you, usually for the next working day. You can still order online – we’ll contact you as soon as it arrives and is ready to collect.
Do You Deliver?
We’re click & collect only on the website. For fast delivery of essentials in Hatch End and Pinner you can also order from us on Deliveroo.
Can I Get Trade Prices?
Yes. Open a trade account and get 5% off everything, 10% off orders of £250 or more, and VAT invoices on every order. See our trade account page or ask at the counter.
Can I Return Something?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned with proof of purchase – see our refund policy for full details. Please bring returns to the shop.
Do You Offer Bulk Or Project Quotes?
Yes – call 020 8428 0581, email sales@hatchendhardware.com or ask at the counter with your list and we’ll price it up.
