Here are some additional details about our Click & Collect service.
Yes, you can order for both collection and delivery in the same order. Payment will be taken for the whole order and any delivery charges, discounts and bulk savings will be based on the entire basket total.
Bring your confirmation email or sms text and order number when you come to collect your order.
In store we are currently operating a one-way system, please follow the signage and floor stickers and remember to wear a face covering at all times (unless exempt for health reasons).
Please wait for your ‘Ready to collect’ SMS before travelling.
If you don't collect your order from store, after 5 days the items will be automatically put back to stock, after this time or if at any time you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to either arrange a new order for collection or a full refund.
To cancel your Click & Collect order and obtain a refund, please go to the Contact Us Form and send us an email with the order number, or call us.

The quickest way to shop with us is using our Click & Collect service. You can check stock in your local store, pay online and collect your item(s) from your chosen store in as little as 1 minute. There are some items that are sent from our distribution centre and will arrive to your selected store within 24 – 48 hours. Please wait for your 'Ready to collect' SMS before travelling.

Our stores are open 8am-5:30pm Mon-Fri, 8am to 1pm Sat, Closed Sunday
